We will provide the host with invitation brochures to be forwarded to guests containing information such as
- Directions
- Event Programme
- Arrival Time (8.00am)
- Accommodation
- What to Wear
- Important Information

Catering
All day catering includes a full English breakfast, a two-course lunch and afternoon tea. Additional refreshments are available in our trackside hospitality units throughout the day. A vegetarian alternative is always available on the day and other dietary requirements can be catered for. A menu choice is available for exclusive events only, which we will review with the host.

Guests' Driving Licences
All guests will be required to produce a valid, current, full driving licence (card and paper counterpart) for manual gearbox cars on registration. An overseas driving licence is acceptable.

Guest Height and Weight Limitations
We will endeavour to accommodate every guest, however some of the cars are a little restrictive. Please ask for guidance if you have any concerns about your guests' sizes. As a very general indication, anyone under 5' or over 6'4" and 18 stone may encounter difficulties.

Guests Under 21 Years of Age
Guests under the age of 21 but over the age of 18 may be permitted to drive. Please call for details.

Spoken English
A reasonable command of the English language is required in order to safely participate in our event.

Non-Participants
Our event is designed for a high level of guest participation, so we do not encourage non-participants. However, subject to availability, it is possible to arrange, in advance, a small number of non-participants to act as hosts to your event.

Branding (Exclusive Events only)
Your logo can be displayed on our vehicles, on screens in your exclusive hospitality centre and printed on the certificates each guest receives and the trophies for the winning drivers.

Should you have corporate pop-up banners or flags that you would like erected it may be possible to accommodate this.
