- Exclusive events between April and October are available for 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 guests (30,45,60,90 in March, November and December)
- Smaller numbers, from 1 upwards, are accommodated on shared days
- 20 guests form an exclusive team on a shared day (15 guests in March, November and December)
- Driving time is identical regardless of event size

PalmerSport Driving Day runs six days a week, Monday to Saturday, so if you book early enough you can choose any day you like.

Receive your stock of Personal Invitation brochures
We know it is imperative that the content and quality of the event is clearly conveyed to your invited guests, together with all the information they require to attend. To achieve this and minimise your workload, we produce a full colour, multi-page personal invitation brochure for the PalmerSport Driving Day.

Invite your guests by simply enclosing a Personal Invitation brochure with your invitation letter stating the date

Expect superb acceptance rates because of the clear presentation and obvious quality of the event


For exclusive events provide your PalmerSport Event Co-ordinator with your corporate logo
From this our graphics department will ensure your corporate logo, in colour, appears on:
- the audio visual screen during the day including awards presentations
- decals placed on every car
- winners' trophies

Choose your lunch menu (exclusive events only) and provide your Event Co-ordinator with your team list


On your event day our PalmerSport team will handle absolutely everything, leaving you to relax, enjoy the day and chat to your guests
